The Longmont Museum and our community suffered a great loss with the death of Curator of Exhibits Svein Edland in a traffic accident on July 16. Svein worked at the Longmont Museum for 22 years and at the Loveland Museum prior to that.

Svein's talent, creativity, enthusiasm and humor are reflected throughout the Museum and will be greatly missed.
